1. NOTHING IS BROKEN — the scanner and the new LIPI (fixed) var work fine. I ran the same rule WITH the percent: 8/14 pass. Your earlier "within 1% of LIPI" scans pass 10/14 (scan_14).
2. THE 0/14 SCANS ARE INCOMPLETE RULES — look at what they actually compared:
- scan_13 (14:52): "within ± % of LIPI (fixed) (%)" — the % value is EMPTY. With no percent, no comparison can ever pass → all 14 FAIL.
- scan_12 (14:50): "price > greater than price" — also no value → always FAIL.
Both were run without the value field (your URL was missing c_val_0=1 — the earlier one had it).
3. SO THE TRAP WAS SILENT — the screener rendered "(%)" and quietly failed everything instead of telling you why. Fixed: now any pct rule with a missing % shows "⚠ missing %" on the card and every cell — impossible to mistake for a broken scanner.
4. HOW TO RUN IT — use the Rules tab form (pick LIPI (fixed), keep % = 1, hit Run), or include c_val_0=1 in the URL:

Verified live with the ⚠ flag showing on the missing-% case (16 occurrences) and normal results with 1%. Your saved rule is untouched — the form still has the 1% ~ ♪
