The trigger on July 30–31 (02:30 IST): the 3:15 AM cleanup cron hung on WalConflict; its agent "fixed" it by deleting the replica at 03:22 and writing to it with plain sqlite3 — which breaks libsql's frame tracking, so every subsequent sync re-downloaded WAL deltas. From 03:25 on, sync scripts started hanging; by 10:50 every run stuck. WalConflict errors went from 1–17/hr (July 21–28) to 357/hr → 1,200/hr → 2,900/hr.
4. Fuel: write volume grew after July 28 (vidya-scanner cron → ~245 sessions/day vs 30–65 before; July 30 had 5,011 messages) — bigger WAL deltas, more collisions. Plus 8,035 duplicate rows from un-idempotent re-syncs.

3. Fixed a latent FK bug the remote mode exposed: chat_history has FOREIGN KEY → chat_sessions, and Turso enforces FKs — the script inserted messages before sessions. Session upsert now comes first.
4. sync_claude speed: it was reading all 5,020 transcripts (472 MB) every run (~3 min/tick, overlapping the next — a pile-up contributor). Added an mtime guard (skips unchanged transcripts) and collapsed the per-session cleanup loop into one query. Now 3.5s/run.
